GTM Item Template

Item templates are used to add information to item descriptions and to modify existing item information.

Creating an Item Template

Item templates are created in the Item Manager. To designate an item as a template, select the Template option.

Editing an Item Template

Open the template in the Item Manager and make any necessary changes. Be sure to click Save when you are finished making changes.

Applying an Item Template

You can use these methods to apply the template to an item or multiple items.

• Use the Apply Item Template action.
• Create an agent to apply the item template.
• Use the Process Manager.

Deleting an Item Template

Locate the template in the GTM Trade Item finder and click Delete.
