Service Provider Insurance Policy

This page is accessed via:

• Contract and Rate Management > Service Provider Manager. On the Communication and Remarks tab, click the New Policy button.
• Brokerage and Forwarding > Shipping Agent Management > Shipping Agent Manager. On the Communication and Remarks tab, click the New Policy button.

You can define insurance information for your service providers.

Defining an insurance policy:

1. Select a Policy Type from the drop-down list.
2. Enter the Issuer of the insurance policy.
3. Enter the Insurance Policy Number.
4. Indicate the amount that is Covered and select a currency.
5. Enter an Effective and Expiration Date for the insurance policy.
6. Click Save.
