Auto Secure Resource Profile

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Auto Secure Resource Profile.

Auto secure resource profiles are used when you auto secure a resource for a lane. The profiles can use one or multiple auto secure resource criterion to determine if the shipment should attempt to auto secure resources. Alternatively, you can override the criteria and use a saved condition to determine if the profile will be used.

Defining an Auto Secure Resource Profile:

1. Enter a name in the Auto Secure Resource Profile ID field.
2. If you want to use a saved condition to determine if the profile is valid, select or enter one in the Saved Condition ID field, and then select the Saved Condition Overrides Criteria check box.
3. If you are using multiple auto secure resource criterion and you want ALL criterion to be considered, select the Must Meet All Criteria check box. If the check box is cleared then any valid criterion will indicate that the profile is valid. Select or add the auto secure resource criterion IDs that will be used to validate this profile.
4. Select the Domain Name from the drop-down list.
5. Use the Auto Secure Criterion ID field to select individual criterion for the profile.
6. Click Save.

Note: You can add as many criteria as you need. Remember to click Save after entering each criterion.

7. Click Finished.
