Clear Tender Attempts

This page is accessed via the shipments results page by clicking Actions and choosing Tender > Clear Tender Attempts from the list.

Once a shipment reaches the Max Number of Retenders, the status is set to SECURE RESOURCES_MAX RETENDERS.

The Clear Tender Attempts action clears the number of attempted tenders so that a shipment can be re-tendered even it has reached the maximum number of re-tenders as set by the workflow parameter.
