Modify Dispatch

This action is accessed via Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipments > Actions > Fleet Management > Driver Dispatch > Modify Dispatch.

Use this action to send a dispatch to the driver with modified information about the load. When you use this action the shipment status is set to DISPATCH_MODIFY_SENT.

Modifying a Dispatch

1. If you want to send a full text message, select Send Full Text. Otherwise select Send Summary Only.
2. Enter Remarks.
3. Enter an External System. If you don't specify an external system the system uses the one associated with the driver.
4. Select a communication method in the Notify Type drop-down list.
5. Click Send.
