Unassign Shipment and Batch Unassign Shipments Actions

Use these actions to unassign shipments from route instance legs. These actions can be accessed in two different ways. You can access these actions from the Shipments results page by clicking Actions and then selecting Operational Planning > Route Execution from the list. They can also be accessed via the Route Instance manager.

The shipment must be attached to an instance. The shipment cannot be tendered or you will receive an error.

Unassign Shipment

This action only handles one shipment at a time. An input screen prompts for optional service provider and mode.

Batch Unassign Shipments

This action unassigns all specified shipments directly.
