Generate Driver Work Invoice

This page is accessed via Shipment Management > Shipment Management > Buy Shipment> Actions > Fleet Management > Driver Dispatch > Generate Driver Work Invoice.

Note: Driver work invoices can also be created by an automation agent. Create a buy shipment agent and assign the Generate Driver Work Invoice action to it.

This action allows you to collect any special service information about driver-provided services and to generate a driver invoice which you can then send to a payroll processor.

If you have multiple drivers, you can have driver work invoices generated for each driver. In order to do so,you must set the property glog.webserver.workinvoice.consider_team_drivers to true.

Note: If you fail to make a Payable Indicator Override selection and no selection has been made on the Driver Manager, Oracle Transportation Management will not generate a driver work invoice.
