Copy Auto Assign Rule

This page is accessed via Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Auto Assignment Rule > Actions > Copy Auto Assign Rule.

Use this action to copy an existing rule. When you initiate the action, the Auto Assign Rule Manager opens and displays the rule you wish to copy.

1. Enter the Auto Assign Rule ID for your new rule.
2. Make any other changes you require. You can change any aspect of the rule you are copying.
3. When you have finished, click Finished on the Definition tab to record the new rule.
