Edit Declaration Quantities

Use this action to modify the base quantity of a declaration associated with a trade transaction or a trade transaction line. The other quantities and values of transaction, for which the qualifiers are configured in the data configurations page, will be prorated based on the increase or decrease in the base quantity.

Modifying Declaration Quantity

1. Select the check box corresponding to a declaration.
   Or
   Enter an ID in the Declaration ID field.
2. Click Edit. A list of the trade transactions, transaction lines, and their corresponding quantity details will be displayed.
3. Select the check box corresponding to the transaction line for which you want to edit the quantity.
4. Modify the quantity of each transaction line in the Selected Quantity field.
5. Click Finish.
