Trade Incentive Program Configuration
The Trade Incentive Programs feature involves setting up the following:
- Trade Incentive Programs: Configure trade incentive programs specific to the country or regime.
- Trade Incentive Program Types: Classify trade incentive programs based on common characteristics.
- Trade Incentive Program Sub Types: Classify trade incentive programs into specific sub-categories.
- Trade Incentive Program Applicable Items: Define items that are associated with one or more trade incentive programs. This is optional setup. It is useful when you are managing multiple programs in the same country/regime.
- Entry Exit Profiles: Define the criteria for a declaration or trade transaction to be considered under a particular trade incentive program.
- Trade Incentive Program Reference Qualifiers: Define reference number qualifiers to define reference numbers on the trade incentive program or the trade incentive program inventory. You can also define qualifiers to define reference numbers on entry-exit profile to match relevant declaration lines/transaction lines to a trade incentive program.
- Trade Incentive Program Rules: Define discharge period and matching type under the program. Users have the flexibility to configure Product Specific Rules based on ranges of classification codes.
- Constraint Sets: Configure constraints based on flex fields, reference numbers, and inventory organization to match an export line to an inventory.
- Logic Configuration: Configure the inventory recording logic and the matching logic in trade incentive programs. (See Logic Configuration - GTM Transaction Configuration and Logic Configuration - GTM Declaration Configuration.)
- Program Authorizations: Define authorization details to be used for certain trade incentive programs.
