Rate Factor Source

This page is accessed via Contract and Rate Management > Power Data > General > Rate Factor.

Use this page to specify the source of the rate factor (in the USA it can be the Department of Energy) and change the rate factor value.

1. Enter a Source Rate Factor ID.
2. Optionally, enter a Description.
3. To create a new rate factor, click New Rate Factor.

Note: The Rate Factor Rule is applicable for Rate Factors of a specific period. When you add a Rate Factor, the effective date of a Rate Factor should fall within the effective and expiry date of a Rate Factor Rule. If it does not, then the accessorial costs with this Rate Factor will not be calculated.
