The View Details SmartLink is accessed via:

• Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Configuration Audit > SmartLinks > View Details.
• Configuration and Administration > Property Management > Property Audit > SmartLinks > View Details.
• Configuration and Administration > User Management > Security Audit > SmartLinks > View Details.
• Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Agent Audit > SmartLinks > View Details.
• Operational Planning > Planning Configuration Audit > SmartLinks > View Details.

Additionally, you can view details on those pages via:

• Actions > Revert > View Details

• Actions > Revert > Revert> View Details

In general, displays event audit event details. Additionally, what is displayed varies based on the page from which you viewed the details. You can view details via a SmartLink, before you complete the Revert action, and after you complete the Revert action.

SmartLink

Depending on the event type, the type of details you see differ. For example, you might see a before/after changes displayed in a JSON format if you are viewing a USER - CHANGED type. The SmartLink displays the before and after details of the action event.

Before Reverting

When you run the Revert action, but before you click the Revert button on the action, you can view details. These details show the current state of the data, and what it will look like after you click the Revert button.

After Reverting

After you click the Revert button, the View Details button shows you the data as it currently appears, now that you've reverted it.
