Decline Tender for Shipment Group

This page is accessed via:

• Shipment Management > Group Management > Shipment Group > Actions > Tender > Decline Tender
• Shipment Management > Group Management > Shipment Group Tender > Actions > Decline Tender

When a tender is declined, the application performs the following actions:

• Stops the timer that defines how long the service provider has to respond to the tender.
• You can automatically send notifications to involved parties when a shipment group tender is declined.

When you run this action:

1. Select a Decline Reason Code to indicate why you are declining the tender.
2. Click OK to decline the tender for the shipment group
