AI Guardrails

This page is accessed via Configuration and Administration > Power Data > General > AI Guardrails.

Guardrails restrict the generative AI to business information pertinent to the use case (and audience). For example, getting help on a Saved Query SQL should use all documentation from Oracle Transportation Management and Oracle Database, and should be restricted to just those sources. Guardrails prevent misuse of the AI tool, especially during interactive chat. They also focus the response on information more relevant to you.

Some of the default guardrails include:

• DATABASE DOCUMENTATION: Restrict to information from Oracle Transportation Management documentation and Oracle Database documentation.
• OTM DOCUMENTATION: Restrict to information from Oracle Transportation Management documentation.
