OTM AI Assistant

This page is accessed via:

  • Business Process Automation > Power Data > Event Management > Saved Queries > Saved Query Definition. Click the OTM Assistant button.
  • Business Process Automation > Power Data > Integration > Integration Saved Queries  > Saved Query Definition. Click the OTM Assistant button.
  • Master Data > Power Data > Configurations > Saved Queries > Saved Query Definition. Click the OTM Assistant button.
  • Business Process Automation > Agents and Milestones > Automation Agent . View/Enter Actions > Add Action > Direct SQL Update. Click the OTM Assistant button.
  • Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Diagnostics and Tools > Database > SQL Performance. Choose Actions > View Full SQL.
  • Configuration and Administration > Technical Support > Diagnostics and Tools > Database > SQL Performance. Choose Actions > View Explain Plan.

The OTM Assistant button launches an interactive AI interface that allows you to customize how the AI will interact with you, and then ask it questions. On that interface you can:

  1. Change the audience to choose one that matches your background. If you want simplified SQL information, for example, chose the Basic SQL User option. 
  2. Change the output style to one you like.
  3. Adjust the parameter profile. You choices affects the variability and creativity of the AI's response.
  4. If you select the Export field, the generated output is saved as a local file.
  5. The Chat field counts how many interactions you've had with the AI on this topic.
  6. If you want to review what will be sent to the AI via an AI prompt based on your selections, select the Show Prompt button. This button displays the prompt that will be sent to AI. If you change any of the above settings and select Show Prompt again, the prompt will update to reflect your changes. You do not need to select the Show Prompt button before generating the AI dialogue.
  7. To run the prompt, even if  have not previewed the prompt, select the Generate button. The AI creates an answer based on the prompt.
  8. After you generate or show the prompt, you can ask the AI questions, and then select the Ask button. You can ask multiple questions.
