17.7 Import the Data Transforms Image on Compute Cloud@Customer
Import the Data Transforms image in your Compute Cloud@Customer environment using the pre-authenticated Object Storage URL of the exported image file.
To import the Data Transforms image,
- In the Compute Cloud@Customer Console navigation menu, select Compute, then select Custom Images.
- On the Custom Images page, select Import Image.
- In the Import Image dialog box, do the following:
- Enter a name for the imported image.
- Select the compartment where you want to store the imported image.
- In Source Type, select Import from an Object Storage URL and enter the URL you created in Generate an Object Storage Pre-Authenticated Request URL.
- Select OCI as the Image Type.
- Select Paravirtualized Mode under Launch Mode.
- (Optional) In the Tagging section, add one or more tags to the image. See Resource Tags for more information.
- Click Import Image.
The imported image appears in the Custom Images list for the compartment, with an Importing state. When the import completes successfully, the image state changes to Available. You can use the image to create your Data Transforms instance in your Compute Cloud@Customer environment.
