Oracle Compute Cloud@Customer (C3) is a fully managed, rack-scale cloud infrastructure that brings Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services to your on-premises data center. You can use Data Transforms on Oracle C3 to load data from a source database, run transformations to synchronize and improve data quality, and move the transformed data to a target database.

Oracle Data Transforms for Compute Cloud@Customer is listed on the Oracle Cloud Marketplace as Oracle Data Transforms for Compute Cloud@Customer. - Create the Oracle Data Transforms Instance
You need to use the Paravirtualized networking launch type and make sure that you disable the Use in-transit encryption option when you create the Oracle Data Transforms for Compute Cloud@Customer instance. - Create an Oracle Data Transforms Image
After creating the Data Transforms instance, you need to create an image of the Data Transforms instance. You will then import this Marketplace image into your Compute Cloud@Customer environment. - Export the Oracle Data Transforms Image
You need to export the Data Transforms image that you created in OCI Marketplace to an Object Storage location, which you will then import into your Compute Cloud@Customer environment. - Generate an Object Storage Pre-Authenticated Request URL
After the exported image is available in the bucket, you need to generate a pre-authenticated Object Storage request URL to import the Data Transforms image into your Compute Cloud@Customer environment. - Import the Data Transforms Image on Compute Cloud@Customer
Import the Data Transforms image in your Compute Cloud@Customer environment using the pre-authenticated Object Storage URL of the exported image file. - Create the Oracle Data Transforms Instance using the Compute Cloud@Customer Console
Use the imported Data Transforms image to create the Oracle Data Transforms in your Compute Cloud@Customer environment. - Provision the Oracle Data Transforms for Metadata Repository
The very first screen you will see after you access the Oracle Data Transforms URL is the Administration tab, which provides easy wizards that allow you to either create a new Data Transforms repository or connect to an existing Data Transforms repository to store your transformations.
