15.1.2.2 Manage AI Profiles

View details of the existing AI Profiles and manage them from Data Studio Settings.

View and Modify AI Profiles

1. Open Data Studio Settings, if not already open and go to the AI Profile tab.

   The Manage AI Profiles section displays the existing profiles and some basic details, for example the profile name, the AI Provider, and the LLM used. The Capability column indicates the mode the AI Profile uses, that is, Essential, NL2SQL, or RAG.

2. Click Validate to check that the Generative AI service is accessible and the AI Profile is functioning correctly.

3. Click the expand/collapse triangle next to a profile name to view complete details about the AI Profile.

   • To edit a profile, click the three dots under Actions and select Edit to open the AI Profile settings.

     Make the required changes and click Update Profile to save your changes. You cannot modify the name and AI Provider of an existing AI Profile.

   • To remove a profile, click the three dots under Actions and select Delete. Click Yes on the confirmation window to remove the profile permanently.

Click Close to exit from the settings page.
