1.4.3 Features of the TSAM Operations Assistant

Following is a list of features of the TSAM 22c Operations Assistant:
  • Initial Suggestions

When enabled in Settings, the Operations Assistant shows starter suggestions for a new chat.

  • Ask Questions

Type a request in the message input and send it to the Operations Assistant. The assistant displays the response in the conversation.

  • Follow-up Suggestions

When enabled in Settings, completed responses can show follow-up suggestions. Selecting one fills the message input for review or editing before sending.

  • Conversations

TSAM Plus stores conversations for the current user in Recent and Archived views. Each view separates pinned conversations from the normal list. A user can pin up to 20 conversations total; pinned conversations are ordered within their current Recent or Archived view. Search applies only to the selected view that matches conversation titles and recent questions. Show more conversations loads normal rows. Users can reopen conversations and manage them by pinning, unpinning, reordering pinned conversations with drag or Move up/Move down, renaming, marking as read or unread, exporting JSON, archiving, restoring, or deleting them. Archived conversations remain writable until deleted; restoring moves them to Recent.

  • Configuration

Users can configure Operations Assistant settings and view or update the AI profile configuration. For more information, see Configuring the Operations Assistant.

  • Providing Feedback

For completed responses, use thumbs up or thumbs down to mark the answer as helpful or not helpful. Select the other option to change feedback, or select the same option again to remove it.

  • Generated SQL

When generated SQL is available for a response, a <SQL> icon appears with the response. Click the icon to display the generated SQL, select Copy SQL to copy it, or select the icon again to hide it. The generated SQL is also included when the conversation is exported as JSON.

  • Copy

Users can copy questions and responses when copy support is available in the browser.
