1.1.5.1 Viewing Domain Group Dashboard

To view a domain group dashboard, click the domain group name in the dashboard or left component panel.

  • Unread Alerts

    Displays severity-level unread alert count. To read the alerts of a severity level, click the number after the level.

  • Availability

    Displays aggregated availability of all domains belonging to the group. When clicking the inactive (red) part of a pie chart, a window is popped up showing all the inactive items in detail.

  • Availability

  • Metrics Charts

    The throughput, response time, and failure number charts are displayed with the data in last 24 hours by default. For any metrics chart, you can change the time range to show the chartfrom the drop-down list.

    If you have set the chart to show metrics per service, you get multiple lines on the chart representing each selected service in different colors. You can hide or unhide certain services lines by checking or unchecking the short bar (-) icon before the desired services name under the chart.

You can also customize the charts in dashboard. For more information, refer to Customizing a Dashboard.

Click the group name on the top of the dashboard, you enter the domain group details page that presents the availability and the first three metrics charts of the domain group for each individual member domain. You can sort the domain list in ascending or descending order by the metrics selected in the Order By list.
