1.1.5.2 Viewing Individual Domain Dashboard
To view individual domain dashboard, click the domain name in any dashboard or left component panel.
- Service Statistics
Click this link to enter the Service Statistics page, which shows you the last-time collected metrics data breakdown for each services.
You can filter the list to display desired services. Type the name keywords (case-insensitive) in the Filter textbox and click the button. You can input mulitiple keywords separated by commas, semicolons, or spaces.
You can also export the service statistics table as a CVS file by clicking Export to CVS.
To view detailed metrics data collected for a service, right-click the service row and select one of the time range:
- 24 Hours: displays the aggreated data of every collection interval in 24 hours.
- 7 Days: displays the aggreated data for every hour in the past six days
- 31 Days: displays the aggreated data for every day in the past month.
- Unread Alerts
Displays severity-level unread alert count. To read the alerts of a severity level, click the number after the level.
- Availability
Displays availability of servers in the domain. When clicking the inactive (red) part of a pie chart, a window is popped up showing all the inactive items in detail.
- Metrics Charts
The throughput, response time, and failure number charts are displayed with the data in last 24 hours by default. For any metrics chart, you can change the time range to show the chart from the drop-down list.
If you have set the chart to show metrics per service, you get multiple lines on the chart representing each selected service in different colors. You can hide or unhide certain services lines by checking or unchecking the short bar (-) icon before the desired services name under the chart.You can also personalize the charts in dashboard.
