Connection Issues
1. I have an issue using Secure Global Desktop (SGD)
The connection to the lab environment is done via Secure Global Desktop.
Note: You must have access to ports 80 and 443 on the firewall in both directions. If you are on a company network, contact the local network administrators.
The platform offers two different client options:
- Connect with the stand-alone client (recommended) — requires administrator rights and provides full control over the remote machine.
Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari - HTML5 — does not require special permissions, has limited compatibility with the back-end labs, and does not support non-English keyboards.
Supported browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari
