8.3 Troubleshooting AHF Insights
Follow the steps explained in this section to troubleshoot and fix AHF Insights related issues.
8.3.1 AHF Insights Report Reloads Infinitely in Chrome and Edge
Description: When you attempt to open the Insights report (index.html) in Chromium-based browsers such as Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge on a Windows system, the report page may enter an infinite reload loop—refreshing approximately two or three times per second—which prevents the report from loading properly.
- Google Chrome: Version 137.0.7151.120 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Microsoft Edge: Version 137.0.3296.93 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Cause: This issue appears to affect Windows users who have the CrowdStrike browser extension installed. The extension interferes with the loading behavior of the report, causing it to reload continuously.
Action: Use an alternative browser that does not have the CrowdStrike extension installed.

Open the report in an incognito/private browsing window, where browser extensions are typically disabled by default.
