Feature Updates

New Features:
- Updated the following sections for the Enhanced Notifications Handling feature:
  - Added the Enhanced Notifications Handling section to describe how SCP alternate routes notifications that do not have a service name in the 3gpp-Sbi-Routing-Binding header header.
  - Added the Configuring Enhanced Notifications Handling section to enable the feature.
  - Added the Configuring NF Profile Level Attribute Configuration Data section to configure NF profile level attribute configurations data.
  - Added the Configuring NF Profile Level Attribute section to configure NF profile level attributes for a specific NfType. These configuration are used in notification alternative requests.
  - Added the ocscp_worker_rx_notification_req_total metric in the Metrics section.

Enhancements:
- Updated the Verbose Logging for SCP section to include the details of the SCP-Cache microservice in the data plane.
- Updated the following sections for the Dual Stack enhancement:
  - Updated the Support for Dual Stack section with information about dual stack support for Aspen Service Mesh (ASM).
  - Added the ocscp_worker_5gsbi_upstream_connect_failure_total metric in the Metrics section.

General Updates

Updated the examples of ocscp_metric_http_rx_req_total and ocscp_worker_rx_notification_req_total metrics in the following tables:

Renamed the ocscp_notification_num_of_learned_nf_profiles metric to ocscp_notification_ nf_profiles_count in Table 5-258.
Added the Obtaining NF Information from Notification Requests subsection to explain how SCP obtains NF information from notification requests.
Added the cnDBTier Backup Status section to check the cnDBTier backup status.
Added the Transfer Status field in the On Demand Backup section.
Replaced the Site Name field name with Cluster Name in the Local Cluster Status section.
Renamed the HeartBeat Status tab to Replication HeartBeat Status in the Replication HeartBeat Status section.
Updated the cause dimension of the ocscp_notification_nf_profile_rejected_total metric with a new value, MANDATORY_PARAM_MISSING. For more information, see Table 5-254.

Added the ocscp_metric_notif_to_worker_data_fetching_time_total metric in the Metrics section. This metric records the routing rule data fetching time.

Added the following possible values for the ocscp_error_group dimension in the Dimension Description section:
