Available Session Realm Reports
The Oracle® Session Delivery Management Cloud (Oracle SDM Cloud) provides the following Session Realm Reports and Filters.
- Inbound Average Session Rate—This visualization shows the average number of inbound sessions (calls per second) over time by plotting the rate against epoch time. It helps you monitor incoming call traffic patterns, identify peak usage periods, and understand how traffic load impacts session handling performance across realms.

- Inbound Session Rate—This visualization shows the current number of inbound sessions (calls per second) over time by plotting the rate against epoch time. It helps you track real-time call traffic, identify spikes and usage trends, and detect periods of congestion that may affect session establishment performance across realms.

- Max QoS RFactor—This visualization shows the highest observed QoS R-Factor values over time by plotting them against epoch time. It helps you identify peak voice quality levels, spot periods of degradation, and understand how service quality varies across the selected time range.

- Avg QoS RFactor—This visualization shows the average QoS R-Factor over time by plotting values against epoch time. It helps you monitor overall voice quality trends, assess service consistency, and detect gradual degradation caused by changing network conditions.

- Answer Seizure Ratio %—This visualization shows the percentage of successfully connected calls over time by plotting the answer-to-seizure ratio against epoch time. It helps you evaluate call completion performance, identify periods of increased call failures, and understand the impact of network or signaling issues on session establishment. It can also be used as a baseline for further analysis of performance trends over time.

- Avg One-Way Signaling Latency—This visualization shows the average one-way signaling latency over time by plotting latency values against epoch time. It helps you monitor signaling delays, identify latency spikes, and understand how network performance affects call setup responsiveness and SIP signaling efficiency.

- Max One-Way Signaling Latency—This visualization shows the highest one-way signaling latency values over time by plotting them against epoch time. It helps you identify peak delay spikes, detect periods of network congestion, and understand their impact on call setup and signaling reliability.
