Available QoS Reports
The Oracle® Session Delivery Management Cloud (Oracle SDM Cloud) provides the following QoS Reports and Filters.
- RFactor—This visualization shows how voice quality changes over time by plotting both the average and maximum QoS R-Factor values against epoch time. It allows you to monitor call performance, spot periods of quality degradation, and compare typical (average) quality with peak (maximum) levels during the selected time range.

- Major Exceeded—This visualization tracks the number of QoS major R-factor threshold breaches over time by plotting current and total QoS RFactor threshold exceedance counts. It helps you identify when voice quality issues occur, detect periods of sustained degradation, and understand how traffic load affects different service classes over the selected time range.

- Critical Exceeded—This visualization shows the number of critical QoS R-factor threshold breaches over time by plotting current and total QoS RFactor threshold exceedance counts. Because these breaches indicate severe voice quality degradation, the chart helps you quickly identify high-impact periods where call reliability is most affected. You can use these insights to troubleshoot and take corrective actions to restore call performance.

- Successful Sessions—This visualization shows the number of successful sessions over time by plotting session counts against epoch time. It helps you monitor call setup reliability by tracking when the SBC receives successful (200 OK) responses to initial INVITE requests across different realms.

The following filters are available in these QoS reports:
- Device Name
- Epoch time
- Realm Name
