Connectivity Requirements for UCaaS CCaaS Monitoring

UCaaS CCaaS Monitoring for Microsoft Teams requires an internet connection.

Your network must allow access to Microsoft sites through your proxy or firewall. Session Monitor must obtain authentication tokens from Azure AD (login.microsoftonline.com) and retrieve call record details from Microsoft Graph (graph.microsoft.com).

If your proxy or firewall blocks HTTPS (port 443) access to these hosts, authentication and data retrieval fails and call correlation will not function.

Ensure your proxy/firewall allows HTTPS (port 443) to these sites:

• Authentication
  • Host: login.microsoftonline.com
  • Port: 443 (HTTPS)
  • Purpose: Acquire and refresh access tokens used to call Microsoft Graph
• Data Access (Microsoft Graph APIs)
  • Host: graph.microsoft.com
  • Port: 443 (HTTPS)
  • Purpose: Retrieve call record and media details used to correlate Direct Routing calls
