Changing a Project Calendar to a Global Calendar

You can turn an existing project calendar into a global calendar.

To make a project calendar a global calendar:

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Administration and click Enterprise Data.
2. On the Enterprise Data page, expand Projects and click Project Calendars.
3. On the Project Calendars page:
   1. Expand a project.

      Note:

      If the project you need is not open, click Open Project.... Choose one or more projects and click Open.

   2. Click on the calendar you want to change to global.
4. Click Context and select Promote to Global Calendar.
5. Click Save.
