Selecting Baselines for Scheduled Services

Select baselines for scheduled Publish and Export Primavera XML services to control which baselines the service includes for projects selected directly or resolved from EPS nodes, portfolios, or project code values.

Before you can select the baselines to include with a scheduled service, you must select the projects to include, either by selecting projects individually, selecting an EPS node, or selecting a project code that identifies the projects the service will include.

To select baselines for a scheduled service:

1. On the Navigation Menu, expand Administration and click Scheduled Services.
2. On the Scheduled Services page, click Project.
3. Select the Export Primavera XML or Publish scheduled service for which you want to select the baselines to include.
4. Click the Project Settings detail tab.
5. Select the project, EPS, or Project Code for which you want to specify baselines to include, and in the Baselines field, click Select.
6. In the Select Baselines dialog box:
   • Select the Project Baselines option to include each projects assigned Project baseline.
   • Select the User Baselines option to include all of the baselines you have selected as your primary, secondary, or tertiary baseline.
   • Clear the User Baselines option and select the Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary options to include only certain assigned user baselines.
   • In the Baselines to export: grid, expand individual project rows and select or clear specific baselines to include or exclude individual baselines.
7. Click Select.
