Configure and Manage Conditional Formatting of Tables and Pivot Grids
Use conditional formatting rules to highlight values in a Table or Pivot Grid based on criteria. You can configure the rules at the project/shell templates and shell levels. After you set up rules at the template level, you can push them to all new shells.
Limitations
The following limitations apply:
- Only the Table and Pivot Grid views are supported.
- You can apply up to 10 conditional formatting rules in total. Each column can have up to 5 rules, and each rule can include up to 5 conditions.
- Rule names must be unique. Each rule must include at least one condition and one style.
- Conditional formatting does not apply to charts.
- You cannot remove columns with rules until you delete the rules.
- PDF export retains formatting.

Upon pushing the shell template to new or existing project shells, all visualizations and their rules will be included.
