Checklist Module

The Checklist module helps the customer plan ahead for the upcoming summer season of peak events by providing preparatory tips as opposed to the participatory tips that they will receive during actual events. The module is placed after the Social Proof module and before the Footer.

The actual number of communications sent may be affected by attrition, opt-outs, customer eligibility, and data availability. By default, at least 50,000 customers are selected to receive BDR communications. Assuming a standard attrition percentage, this is the minimum amount of customers required to measure the impact of the program.

  • Checklist item 1: The text encourages the customer to be mindful of their electric appliances as to agree with everyone in their home on which appliances they could delay the use of during events.

Checklist item header 2: The text prompts the customer to perform preventive maintenance for their Air Conditioning unit.

  • Checklist item 2: The text encourages the customer to make sure their Air Conditioning unit is in optimal condition so there is no electricity waste during events and throughout the summer.
