Customize Automated Dialer User Interface

Your implementation may choose to display a different user interface for the Go To Automated Dialer function than the one provided with the system. For example, perhaps there is more information that you would like to display in addition to the person's name and phone numbers. In order to do this, your custom Automated Dialer script needs to invoke a custom UI map that you create as follows:

• Copy the base-supplied C1-AutomatedDialer UI map and make the necessary changes.
• Invoke your custom UI map from your custom Automated Dialer .
