Lead Portal

You use the Leads portal to maintain leads. This portal contains the following zones:

  • Lead: Displays the basic information about the lead.
  • Lead Events: Displays the events associated with the lead in chronological order.
  • Related Leads: Displays the leads that are related to the current lead’s related objects (e.g. account).

  • Attachments: Displays uploaded documents that are related to the lead.

  • Notes: Displays all notes for the lead and its lead events.

  • Third Party Event: if a third party lead event exists, this zone displays the lead event’s information, including the event steps
