A User May Manually Change An Asset's Stock Location
Stock Location History Is Created Behind The Scenes most of the time. However, the following points describe situations that will cause an operator to manually change an asset's stock location.
If an asset is not installed at a service point, an operator may change its current stock location using either Meter - Location History or Item - Location History. This would typically be done when an asset is transferred to a different stock location.
Whenever a new meter / item is initially added, the operator must indicate the stock location at which the meter / item resides. This is done using either Meter - Location History or Item - Location History.
