Customer Specific Prices - Bill Factors

Set up a bill factor called KWHCUST. On the bill factor indicate that it:

• Uses a N/A characteristic (you need a characteristic on all bill factors). Refer to Employee Discounts for an example.
• Has a value type of Unit Rate.
• Has its value specified in a contract term.
• Should generate an error if it finds no value in the contract.

Define the standard bill factor value to use for those customers who do not elect to negotiate a specific price.
