Configuring The System For Customer Erasure

The following are the steps to enable Customer Erasure:
  • Plug in the Manage Erasure Schedule - Person Erasure Evaluation algorithm on the Person MO.

  • Configure the Erasure Period option on each of the Person, Account and SA MOs.
    Note: Note: The values for all three MOs should be the same, to ensure the Erasure Dates are the same on the resulting Object Erasure Schedule records.
  • Plug in the Monitor SA Manage Erasure Events (C1-SAMNGEREV) Audit algorithm on the SA MO.

  • If using the Trigger Customer Erasure (C1-TrgCustEr) script to manually trigger person erasure:
    • Configure values for the Erasure Reason lookup field DP_​CUST_​ERS_​RSN_​FLG.

    • Configure the C1-TrgCustEr BPA script as a Favorite Script in User Preferences.
