Utility Account	Utility Accounts represent the obligation to pay for services rendered to either a person or an organization. Utility accounts are linked to one or more commodity service agreements.
Utility Bill	A statement that itemizes the amount of commodity used, the price for that usage, and the additional fees associated with that usage. These are typically provided monthly.
Utility Bill Service Line Item	A single line from a bill consisting of a quantity, price, and description.
Utility Bill Service Period	A utility bill service summary has one or more utility bill service periods which collate the utility bill line items for that period. Typically, there is a single period. Scenarios such as a mid-bill rate change there include one period per effective rate.
Utility Bill Service Summary	A utility bill has one or more utility bill service summaries. For example, a customer with both electricity and gas service has two utility bill service summaries, one for each of the commodities.
Utility Bill Service Usage	The utility bill service usage identifies the usage amounts for the commodities being billed for the utility bill and all the utility bill service periods.
Utility Location	The utility location is the physical location of a person or organization where a utility company supplies service.
Wastewater Service Contract	A commodity service contract specific to removal of wastewater. Often there is no commodity meter in place for this type of contract and usage is calculated as a derivative of water usage.
Water Meter	A commodity measurement device specific to measuring water.
Water Meter Installation	Captures the time period a water meter was installed at a water service point.
Water Service Contract	A commodity service contract specific to the provision of water to a water service point.
