Defining Service Codes

You use the Service Code - CCB portal to display and maintain service areas.

Refer to Understanding Service Codes for more information.

To access the portal select Admin, select Field Work, then select Service Code - CCB.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

• Service Code List: This zone lists all service codes defined in the system. Broadcast a record to display the details of the selected record.

• Service Code: This zone displays the selected service code.
