About Program Contacts

Program contacts represent customers enrolled in programs, and are associated with programs via program subscriptions.

Program contacts are defined by the following:

• Contact Type: The program contact type associated with the contact . Contact types define certain parameters and attributes of a class of contacts.

• Name: The contact's name.

• Contact Information: Contact information for the contact, including phone number and/or email address (used with customer contacts),

• Contact External ID: An ID used to identify the contact in external systems (used with customer contacts).

• Life Support / Sensitive Load Information: Indicates if the contact is considered to be on life support (used with customer contacts).

• Asset System Contact ID: An ID used to identify the contact in external asset systems (used with customer contacts).

• Address: The address for a point of contact.

• Phones: One or more phone numbers for a point of contact.

• Emails: One or more email addresses for a point of contact.
