Next Best Action

The Next Best Action widget provides dynamic, actionable tips and promotions that can be shared with all customers, or targeted to specific customer groups. The tips are displayed as mobile-responsive web banners containing information about valuable solutions and helpful tools for managing energy use and costs.

Configuration Options

For each element listed in the table, indicate the desired configuration in the Input Value column. If you do not provide an input for optional configurations, the default will be used.

Note: Work with your Oracle Utilities Delivery Team to review available banner content such as banner text, images, and links that highlight the programs and initiatives highlighted with your banners. This review allows the Oracle Utilities Delivery Team to configure banner content in a way that highlights your programs and initiatives.

Date Ranges for Banners Date ranges can be used to display banners for a certain period of time during the year. Default: None.	Optional Choose one of the following: Use the default. Provide the date ranges, including the month and day for the start and end of each date range.
