Creating Message Senders
You must create message senders for each outbound communication that will be sent to the head end system as part of the command communication process.
Note: When creating message senders as part of the command communication process used with Smart
Grid Gateway adapters, the HTTP URL must point to the appropriate server
and head end system version. If an implementation has more than one version of a given head end
system, each can have its own server and URL.
Note: When creating message senders as part of the command communication process used with native
implementations, the Message Class MUST be set to SOAPSNDR (Sender
for real-time HTTP / SOAP messages).
