Understanding ANMS Event Status Transitions
During the course of processing of these events, the following ANMS event status transitions happens in the system.
A-NEW to A-CMP: This transition happens when all the steps in an ANMS sheet have been executed successfully and while completing the sheet.
A-NEW to A-CNL: This transition happens in the manual mode of ANMS processing. The system will cancel the sheet and event if there are changes to the template after the creation of an event and sheet from it.
Note: The Work Agenda DMS Status column provides information about ANMS events. When row or cell coloring is enabled (see Understanding the Table Settings Menu and “Understanding Conditional Formatting”), the DMS Status information is color coded.
Possible ANMS Events Statuses
1. ANMS Conditions Matched: Event shows this value when a template conditions are matched and an event has been created for it.
2. ANMS Automatically Executing: The switching steps in the ANMS sheet are automatically executing.
3. ANMS Automatically Executed: The switching steps in the ANMS sheet are automatically executed.
4. ANMS Automatic Execution Failed: The switching steps in the ANMS sheet failed to execute automatically.
