Condition Summaries
The Condition Summaries window lists all conditions, including notes, tags, pending decommissions or constructions, and FLISR actions.

Using the Condition Summaries Window
To view the Condition Summaries window, select Condition Summaries... from the Web Workspace Actions menu in.
The Condition Summaries includes the following fields and buttons:
The Type column contains the type of condition, such as Note, Tag, Pending Construction, Pending Decommission, FLISR Action, and Associated Document.
The Status contains the status of the condition. Usually blank, but will list "Issued" for conditions that are part of an issued safety document. Other values may be configured.
Condition # is the system-assigned identifier of the condition.
The Date Created column contains the date and time the condition was created.
The Substation column contains the name of the substation that serves the device on which the condition is located.
The Feeder column contains the name of the feeder that serves the device on which the condition is located.
The User column contains the user name of the individual who placed the condition.
The Device column contains the name of the device on which the condition is located.
The Phase column contains the name of the phase associated with the condition.
The Condition Info column contains the text of the note or other condition.

Toolbar Icon
Refresh
Refreshes the Condition Summaries window to display the most recent updates. If you edit a condition using the Edit button, you must refresh the summary to see your changes.
Print Preview...
Displays the Print Preview window, from which you can view and print the summary.
Delete Row...
Deletes the selected condition from the system. A confirmation dialog box prompts you to confirm before deleting. Once deleted, the condition disappears from both the Summary and the Viewer.
Toggle Dockable Window
Changes a standalone window to a pane that may be moved or docked in another window or frame. See Understanding Docked Panes and Standalone Window Tools for more information on dockable and standalone windows.
 
Exit
Closes the Condition Summaries window.

Sort Dialog...
Displays the Sort Dialog. The Sort Dialog option on the Sort menu performs the same function. See Using the Sort Dialog Box for common sort functions.
 
Condition #
Sorts the Conditions Summaries table by the Condition # column.

Sorts the Conditions Summaries table by the Device column.

Date Created
Sorts the Conditions Summaries table by the Date Created column.

Edit...
Opens the Edit balloon dialog box. See Editing Conditions.
Enable View Balloon
Enables or disables balloon details. When enabled, a call‑out balloon opens that provides information, such as notes or related device documents, if applicable, for a selected row. See Using Condition Summaries Balloon Details for more information.
View...
Focuses the Viewer on the device associated with the condition.

Using the Conditions Summary Filter Pane
The Conditions Summary has the following Global filters:

All Conditions
Displays all conditions.
FLISR Actions
Displays only rows with Type equal to FLISR Action.
FLISR Disabled
Displays only rows with Type equal to FLISR Disabled.
Notes
Displays only rows with Type equal to Note.
Pending Construction
Displays only rows with Type equal to Pending Construction.
Pending Decommission
Displays only rows with Type equal to Pending Decommission.
Quarantine
Displays on rows for the Quarantine (QUAR) work queue.
Tags
Displays only rows with Type equal to Tag.

Using Condition Summaries Balloon Details
The Condition Summaries Balloon Details displays device information (for example, note text and associated documents) for applicable rows selected in the Condition Summaries list.
To enable Balloon Details, click the Balloon Details button () on the Condition Summaries toolbar.
To view condition details (when Balloon Details is enabled):
1. Select a row in the Condition Summaries table. Balloon Details displays information about the selected condition, if available or applicable.
2. To close the balloon, click the close button in the balloon's top right corner.
Editing Conditions
To edit a selected condition, click the Edit button. The Edit balloon opens.
From this dialog box, you can perform the following tasks:
Edit the condition information as desired, then click the Save button.
Click the View button to focus the Viewer on the device.
Click the Print button to print the condition text.
Click the Revert button to revert to the last saved version of the condition text.
Click the Help button to launch online help for the dialog box.
Notes:
The Edit dialog box also appears if you double-click a condition row when Balloon Details are turned off.
Depending on the condition, you may be able to delete a condition by selecting the condition row and clicking the Delete button () from the Condition Summaries toolbar.
