Maintaining Work Classes

The Work Class portal is used to maintain work classes. A work class represents a broad category of work.

Refer to About Work Orders for more information.

You can access this portal from Admin, select W, then select Work Class.

The following zones may appear as part of the portals Main tab page:

• Work Class List: This zone lists all work classes. Broadcast a record to display the details for the selected record.
• Work Class: This zone provides information about the selected work class and in particular, the Work Category Usage field which displays only those work categories that are related to the selected work class when the "Only Related Work Categories" is selected.
