Program Participation Data Transfer
Oracle Utilities can measure customer participation in utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs in addition to changes in customer energy usage. To support this analysis, utilities must provide program participation data.
Program participation data identifies customers who participate in utility-sponsored initiatives, such as rebate, audit, and demand response programs. Oracle Utilities uses this information to create customer segments that support more relevant and targeted communications. The data also supports measurement of program effectiveness and analysis of energy savings associated with specific programs and customer populations.
