Using the Program Dashboard

This portal is used to display the Program Dashboard.

To access this portal select Main, select Dashboards, and select Program Dashboard. Once you've selected this menu option, you're immediately brought to the initial tab of the dashboard.

The Program Subscription Trends zone displays enrollments, unenrollments by period (week or month) as well as active subscription for that period. The x-axis displays the end date of the monthly or weekly period. The left y-axis shows the number of enrollments and unenrollments. The right y-axis shows the number of active program subscriptions. You can filter the data displayed using the following controls:

  • Time Scale: Allows specifying the time scale of the graph is weekly or monthly.

  • Period View: Allows specifying the range of data displayed, such as “Last X Weeks” or “Last Month” and so on.

  • Program Category: Allows filtering the data based on a selected program category (such as “Device Control”)

  • Program: Allows filtering the data based on a selected program.

  • Division: Allows filtering the data based on a selected division.

Click Configure to navigate to the Program Dashboard Configuration master configuration. See Configuring the Program Dashboard in the Administrative User Guide for information regarding configuration of the dashboard.

Click Capture (next to Snapshot Date/Time in the lower right corner of the zone) to navigate to the Statistics Control portal where you can view a list of snapshots for the statistics control, and create a new snapshot if needed.
