Maintaining Event Participation

The Event Participation portal is used to display and maintain event participation records.

You can access the portal from Menu, select Digital Asset Management, then select Event Participation. You are brought to a query portal with options for searching for a specific record. Once an event participation has been selected, you are brought to the maintenance portal to view and maintain the selected record.

The following zones may appear as part of the portal's Main tab page:

  • Event Participation: This zone displays general information, such as Program Subscription, Dynamic Option ID, Reservation, Outcome, and so on, about the event participation record.
