4.4.2 Updating Details of Call Task

You can update the details of a task, if required.
To update details of task:
  1. Navigate to the Case Summary page.
  2. In the Account widget, select the required account from the account list.
  3. In the Tasks widget, click the task name link for the task that you want to update.
  4. Update required details of the task.
  5. Click Save.
