1.4 Integration with FCUBS for 360 Degree Customer View
Using 360 Degree Customer View, you can query customer limits, account statements, view settlement balances contracts, view assets and liability balances, view loans, commitments and syndication contract details of the customer. You can also view summary of loans, commitments and syndication contract details of the customer. The 360 degree customer view facilitates easy and total view of the customer details and reduces customer service complexities.
