5.2.20.1 Authorizing Overrides for Drawdown

You need to perform dual authorization, if you have selected the Overwrite SI option for any of the following events.

  • Amending Tranche/Drawdown Contract
  • Value Dated Amendments
  • Fee Liquidation
  • Liquidation of Principal/Interest
